Norautron has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Mectro AS, including the property at Kongeveien 77 in Horten, where Norautron is currently a tenant. The acquisition strengthens Norautron’s overall expertise, production capacity, and service offering in Norway, providing a solid platform for continued growth together with our long-term customers.
Mectro AS is an innovative and service-oriented electronics manufacturer based in Horten, with a history dating back to 1981. The company’s skilled employees, strong professional expertise, modern machinery, and high degree of flexibility make Mectro a valuable and complementary partner.
